Can a hand wash really make a difference to bad hands?
If your hands are washed a lot, the wash is the thing touching them most. Ours cleans without stripping and leaves hyaluronic acid behind. Stop the daily damage and the skin recovers quicker than you’d expect. The lotion speeds it up; the wash is what stops it coming back.
What am I committing to with the Repair Plan?
The set today at £49, then a refill pouch every 3 months at £49, alternating wash and lotion. We email you three days before each one. Pause, skip, stretch the gap, switch scent or go hand-wash-only from your account. Cancel straight after the first box if you like and keep the £49 price. No minimum, no reason needed.
Why is buying once £69?
The plan price is the price we’d rather you had, because the refills are where the glass bottle and the routine start to make sense. Buying once is there if you’d rather, at £69, and nothing recurs.
I’m sensitive to fragrance. Is Unscented the same formula?

How long does a bottle last?
About 375 washes from the 375ml hand wash. One pump is enough, which works out at around 7p a wash.
