Washing 24 times a day isn’t the problem. Washing with a soap that strips your hands is.
After every nappy. Before every feed and every bottle. After the bin, after the nursery run. The NHS puts a young baby at 10 to 12 nappy changes and at least 8 to 12 feeds a day, with a hand wash after each nappy and before you make up a feed. Call it 24, and that’s a quiet day.
Most hand washes clean by stripping. The questions new parents ask us, answered by the founder.
Which scent should I pick?
Cedarwood is woody and green, Soft Nude is a soft musky peach, Petitgrain is bright citrus. All three are made by Tom, a perfumer, and none of them are strong. If you’d rather have nothing at all, Unscented is the same formula with the fragrance left out. Every set comes with three mini lotions so you can try the others (the Unscented set’s minis are unscented too).
Why put hyaluronic acid in a hand wash?
Because most hand washes strip your skin barrier every time you use them, and with a newborn that’s more than twenty times a day. Ours hydrates while it cleans, so the washing itself stops being the damage. It isn’t a miracle cream. It’s skincare for your hands, in the one step you never skip.
How does the Repair Plan work?
You get the Starter Set today for €66. Then every 3 months we send a refill pouch for €66, alternating hand wash and hand lotion, with an email 3 days before. Pause, skip, change the gap, switch to hand wash only or to a different scent, all from your account.
Can I cancel after the first box?
Yes. Log in, open your Repair Plan, tap Cancel and confirm. No reason needed, no minimum, and you keep the €66 price on the set you already have.
Why is buying once €93?
The €66 price is for people starting a refill routine with us, which is how the glass bottles make sense. Buying once is still €57 under the €150 the five products cost separately, and there’s nothing recurring.
I’m buying it as a present for a new mum. Anything I should know?
Ship it to her address at checkout. It comes in a recycled box with no plastic. Not sure which scent? Soft Nude is the safe choice, and she can switch any refill to another scent, or to unscented, from her account.
