Risk Free Subscription Policy

In order to make sure you have a scent you love:

• Subscription sets come with mini lotions in each of our 3 scents.
• If you prefer a different scent to the one you purchased, we will switch your subscription and include a replacement hand wash and lotion free of charge.
• These will be added to your next subscription order. If you would like to get this order immediately, please let us know.
  

You can cancel, pause, swap or change delivery frequency anytime. You will receive an email confirming the start of a new subscription, as well as a reminder email 3 days before each repeat order. 

Please note we are unable to accept responsibility for incorrect email addresses given to us by the customer, or for our reminder emails going to junk. If you contact us requesting to cancel an order that has already been processed, we most likely will not be able to cancel it.

Refill Price Promise

All our Refills are 30% cheaper per ml than the 375ml glass bottle version of that same product.

Starter Set Alternating Subscriptions

To leave you perfectly stocked of both our hand lotion and hand wash, you will receive a 1L Hand Wash Refill 3 months after you purchase the Starter Set with a subscription, and then a 0.66L Hand Lotion Refill 3 months after that, and so on. Our Hand Lotion Refills are smaller than our Hand Wash Refills to allow us to charge a consistent price for both, and to allow for smaller consumption of Hand Lotion versus Hand Wash that our customers commonly find. 

Everyone is different however, and if you would like to change to just a Hand Wash or Lotion Refill Subscription, or change the frequency of either: no problem! Just email us at shop@gloved.co.uk and we can do it for you, or you can login to your portal and change yourself.

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Subscriptions (General)
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription frequency that you select.

Starter Set subscriptions are set to renew every 90 days, but the frequency can be altered at any time according to what works best for you.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. 

If you want to cancel, pause, or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Links to your subscription portal can be found in every subscription email (sent at the start of a new subscription and 3 days before every repeat order). You can also find a link in the footer of every page of our website, under 'Manage My Subscription'. Alternatively, you can email us at shop@gloved.co.uk with the changes you would like and we will do it for you.
